Modern Luxury Brides Chicago Social welcomed Chicago’s chicest brides-to-be to the seventh annual Afternoon of Bridal Luxury, where brides and their guests sipped, shopped and tasted their way in a charitable wedding walk down Oak Street’s shopping row and surrounding boutiques. Over 450 future brides and their guests kicked off the walk at Spiaggia Private Events where they viewed gorgeous décor, complete with tablescapes fit for any bride’s dream designed by The Flower Firm. While enjoying the tunes from Cagen Music and visiting with the best wedding professionals in the city, attendees sipped Champagne and nibbled delicious bites from Spiaggia. Brides-to-be and their guests ventured to the 22 stops on the wedding walk enjoying savory bites from Limelight Catering at Vera Wang and Kate Spade, and hors d’oeuvres from Food for Thought at Lester Lampert and Belle Vie Bridal Couture. Along the walk, brides were offered sweet treats from Chicago’s finest bakeries and special gifts while listening to lively hits from DJ Brent Rolland of Fig Weddings. Brides arrived at the Waldorf Astoria Chicago for the final stop of the day and picked up their luxury Juicy Couture swag bags filled to the brim with bridal must-haves and special offers
